These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [Your legal entity / name] ("Dialed", "we", "us") governing your use of the Dialed application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Dialed you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.
Dialed helps you organize and track injectable protocols, calculate reconstitution, manage inventory, receive reminders, and access educational reference content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Dialed does not provide medical advice. All content, calculators, library information, and AI responses are provided for tracking and general educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Dosing ranges shown in the library are commonly-researched reference figures only and are never a personal recommendation.
Calculator outputs are mathematical conversions only; you are solely responsible for verifying every calculation and decision with a licensed healthcare provider before acting on it. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or calculated in the app.
You acknowledge that the use of peptides, GLP-1 medications, testosterone, and related compounds may carry health risks, that many are prescription-only or investigational, and that you are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with all laws that apply to you. You use the Service at your own risk.
The AI advisor provides brief, general, educational information. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, will refuse to recommend doses or titration for prescription drugs, and must not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult a licensed physician.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may use the app anonymously and later link an account; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Dialed offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("Dialed Pro"). Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any free-trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled beforehand; unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
You retain ownership of the data you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Google Firebase, Apple, our AI provider, and payment processors). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALCULATIONS OR CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIALED AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH-RELATED HARM, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dialed and its owners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your state/country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your jurisdiction], except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
