Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dialed ("Dialed", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application that helps you track injectable protocols — research peptides, GLP-1 medications, and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) — including dose logging, reminders, reconstitution math, inventory, and educational reference content.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Dialed app and this website. By using Dialed, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we process a user identifier and, depending on your sign-in method, limited details:

• Sign in with Apple — an Apple-provided identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and a (possibly relayed) email address.
• Email link sign-in — the email address you provide.
• Anonymous use — you can use Dialed without creating an account; we generate a random anonymous identifier so your data can be saved and later linked to an account if you choose.

Protocol & health-related data (the content you create)

Data you enter to use the app, which we treat as sensitive:

• Protocols and stacks (compounds, doses, units, frequency, schedule, notes)
• Dose logs (time taken, injection site, status, notes, and any side effects you record)
• Vial inventory (compound, fill size, concentration, open/expiry dates, remaining amount)
• Optional progress data such as check-ins and photos (where available), and lab values you choose to enter
• Your goal, unit preferences, and app settings
• Messages you send to the in-app AI advisor

Diagnostics & usage data

To keep the app stable and understand which features are used, we collect anonymized usage events (for example, "dose logged" or "calculator used") and crash diagnostics. We do not include the names of compounds, doses, or other health content in these analytics events.

Device & technical data

Standard technical information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, a Firebase installation identifier, and — if you enable push notifications — a push token used to deliver reminders and alerts.

3. How we use your information

• To provide core features: building protocols, scheduling and delivering reminders, logging doses, calculating reconstitution, and projecting inventory run-out.
• To sync your data securely across your devices and back it up.
• To generate educational responses from the AI advisor.
• To send you notifications you have enabled (dose reminders, supply and expiry alerts).
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug crashes.
• To measure aggregate, non-identifying feature usage so we can improve the app.
• To process subscriptions and verify entitlements.

4. The AI advisor

When you send a message to the AI advisor, your message and limited context about your active stack (compound names and schedule — not your identity) are sent to our secure server and to a third-party large-language-model provider to generate an educational response. The advisor is designed to explain mechanisms, half-lives, and general concepts. It does not provide dosing recommendations for prescription medications, does not diagnose, and is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. Please do not include information you do not wish to be processed for this purpose.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the app, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Our key processors include:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, App Check, Crashlytics, and Analytics) — hosting, database, sync, notifications, and diagnostics.
• Our AI/LLM provider — to generate advisor responses (see Section 4).
• Apple — for Sign in with Apple, and for subscription purchases and billing through the App Store.
• RevenueCat (if subscriptions are enabled) — to manage subscription entitlements.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or in connection with a business transfer, in each case consistent with this policy.

6. Storage & security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure, which encrypts data at rest. Access to your data is scoped to your account: security rules restrict reads and writes to your own records, and requests to our servers are attested using App Check. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You are in control:

• Export — you can export your logs at any time from Settings.
• Delete — you can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete account & data). This removes your records from our database, associated files, and your authentication account. Anonymized diagnostic aggregates that do not identify you may be retained.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these directly in the app (export and delete). For any other request, contact us using the details below. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws, and we do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in the app.

9. Children

Dialed is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Dialed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
